Refund policy

An order remains eligible for the "Local Return" benefit within 15 calendar days, calculated from the time the user receives the goods until the order status changes to "Order Confirmed" (or "Delivered/Received").

1) The "Order Confirmed" status encompasses both manual confirmation by the user and automatic confirmation resulting from the expiration of the confirmation waiting period.

2) The Local Return benefit does not apply if the seller has not shipped the goods or if the cross-border order processing procedure has not been completed.

3) The user's reason for the return request must fall within the scope of applicability for the Local Return benefit.

4) Important Notes

1) Upon meeting the aforementioned criteria, users may initiate a "Return and Refund" request via the order page. Once approved, they may utilize the Local Return benefit. If ineligible for this benefit, users may still return items by shipping the product to the address provided by the seller or by selecting other after-sales options available on the order page.

2) The Local Return service is a benefit provided by Shopify to eligible users. If a user exploits the platform service for profit or illicit gain, returns items in quantities far exceeding personal use, transfers the service benefit to another party, or if Shopify has reasonable grounds to suspect misuse of the service, Shopify reserves the right to restrict or revoke that user's access to the Local Return service. Additionally, Shopify reserves the right to revoke service benefits (whether utilized or not) associated with orders for which the user has availed themselves of the Local Returns benefit.

3) Shopify may adjust the scope of the Local Returns service based on actual business conditions; users should monitor notifications or system alerts on the relevant Local Returns service pages.
